Moreover, you also reflect on how accurate the tools are. I agree that it is hard "to find much of the food" we eat. I could not find some of the fruits I ate, leading to the same result you got :)
However, you should use one more tool, such as the food pyramid tool, which shows you in a different aspect how your diet breaks out into.
I find your healthy one-dish meal very interesting as usually, burgers are associated with unhealthiness and fat. However,you used "whole grain buns", "lean meat and low fat mayonnaise" and "tomatoes" which was perfect and made the dish wholesome.
